Agreement to Our Legal Terms
Alex Fischer (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website https://artofalexfischer.com (the “Site”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Site serves as a portfolio and archive for the work of Alex Fischer, and provides access to original artwork inquiries, commissioned works, print editions, and image licensing requests.

By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
1. Our Services
The Site is operated from Ontario, Canada. Those who access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

All artwork, images, text, and other content on this Site (the “Content”) are the intellectual property of Alex Fischer, protected by Canadian copyright law and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and access the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Content without the express prior written permission of Alex Fischer.

3. Artwork Inquiries, Commissions, and Licensing
Purchasing original works, ordering prints, and licensing images are conducted on a case-by-case basis through the inquiry form on this Site. No automated purchase or binding agreement is formed through the Site alone.
Print editions may be fulfilled directly by the artist or through a third-party print provider, depending on the specific project and arrangement agreed upon between the parties.
Image licensing terms are negotiated individually. Contact us to discuss your specific use case.
Commission agreements, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are established through direct correspondence and confirmed in writing before any work begins.
4. User Representations
By using the Services, you represent that: (1) you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms; (2) you are not a minor; (3) you will not access the Services through automated means; (4) you will not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Reproduce, scrape, or commercially exploit Content without permission
- Misrepresent yourself or submit false information via any form
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Attempt to circumvent any security features
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
